1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CricTrainer mobile application and related services (the “Service”) operated by Wild Wolf Holdings (“Wild Wolf,” “we,” “us”), based in California, USA.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
CricTrainer provides AI-assisted cricket training features, including video capture, on-device pose analysis, drill tracking, coaching feedback, profiles, and related social features. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable depending on device, region, or account status.
Coaching outputs are informational only and are not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or in-person training supervision. Train safely and within your physical limits.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you are a minor, you may use the Service only with parental / guardian consent where required.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload or share videos, images, or content that you do not have the right to use, or that depict others without appropriate permission
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, exploit, or harm others, or to post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or create accounts for abusive automation
- Use coaching / analysis outputs to provide regulated professional advice you are not licensed to give
- Circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls
Drill videos and profile media you submit must be appropriate for a training product. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate this section.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of videos and other content you create (“User Content”). You grant Wild Wolf a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative analysis artifacts from User Content solely to operate and improve the Service (including pose analysis, storage, and generating feedback).
You represent that you have all rights needed to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe others’ rights.
6. Our intellectual property
The Service, including software, branding, designs, drill libraries, models, and documentation, is owned by Wild Wolf or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as provided, no rights are granted to you.
7. Fees and subscriptions
No paid subscriptions are offered at this time. If we introduce paid plans, in-app purchases, or subscriptions later, we will describe pricing, billing, and cancellation in the store listing and/or in updated Terms before charging you.
8. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third parties (for example Google Sign-In, Supabase, and AI avatar providers). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular training outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILDWOLF AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Wild Wolf against claims arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described on our Delete account page.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.
- Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where local law requires additional consent.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence provide otherwise. Courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those protections.
