How to request account deletion
In-app self-serve account deletion is not guaranteed in current builds. Use the email request below (and use in-app deletion if/when that control ships).
Option A — Email request (available now)
- Send an email from the same email address registered to your CricTrainer account to support@crictrainer.ai.
- Subject line: CricTrainer account deletion request

Include:
- The email on your account
- Your display name / CricTag if you have one
- Confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted
- We will verify ownership and process the request. You should receive confirmation when deletion is complete (typically within 14 days of a verified request; data purge completes within about 30 days as described below).
Option B — In-app (if available)
- Open CricTrainer and sign in.
- Go to Profile (or Settings).
- If shown, choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
If you do not see an in-app delete control, use Option A.
What is deleted
When deletion is completed, we remove or irreversibly de-identify:
- Account credentials and auth identifiers (Firebase / Google / Supabase user records tied to you)
- Profile data (name, email, age, gender, height, handedness, batting position, avatar)
- Your drill videos, thumbnails, and associated analysis records stored for your account
- Leaderboard / social associations tied to your user id, where applicable
What may be retained (and for how long)

Third-party accounts
If you signed in with Google, deleting your CricTrainer account does not delete your Google account. You may separately revoke CricTrainer’s access in your Google Account permissions.
Partial data deletion
We do not currently offer a supported path to delete only some personal data while keeping the account. Request full account deletion instead, or contact us if you need a specific correction.
